1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a bdk444 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You have not been excluded from online gaming platforms or classified as a problem gambler under any self-exclusion scheme.
• You are using your own funds and not funds belonging to a third party.
• You provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and maintain this accuracy throughout your account's lifetime.

1.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bdk444 may request identity verification documentation ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, after a large deposit, or if irregular activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

1.3 Account Closure

bdk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where Terms violations are suspected, where the account has been dormant for an extended period, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to bdk444 or other users. Where a balance exists in a closed account and no breach of these Terms has occurred, bdk444 will endeavour to return remaining funds via the player's registered payment method.

2.1 Deposits

All deposits to a bdk444 account must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. bdk444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bdk444 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

bdk444 does not accept cash deposits. Any funds deposited through methods not registered to the account holder may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and, where a bonus has been claimed, satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. bdk444 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt of funds may vary by payment provider.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to the limits published in your account dashboard.
• bdk444 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to your bdk444 account will not be processed.

2.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, and payouts on bdk444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. bdk444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bdk444 are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated. The default wagering requirement applicable to a bonus will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are non-withdrawable.

3.2 Welcome Bonus

Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

bdk444 monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk on bonus funds, hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdk444 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close the relevant accounts.

4.1 Placement and Settlement

All bets placed on bdk444 are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where bdk444 exercises its right to void a bet under the circumstances described in Section 4.2. Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, bdk444's decision following review of available evidence shall be final.

4.2 Void Bets

bdk444 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human mistake.
• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a conclusive result.
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or unusual betting patterns is identified.
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through unauthorised means.
• A technical error affected the correct recording or settlement of the bet.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's bdk444 account balance.

4.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on bdk444 — including slots, live casino tables, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and maintained by the respective game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the provider and are available within the game interface or provider documentation. bdk444 does not alter the mathematical parameters of any game.
